The Valuit Fee Structure

With effect from 1 April 2008

All fees are based on a per client and per invoice basis. Multiple properties must also be available for inspection at consecutive appointment times.

RESIDENTIAL
Single Tenancy Dwelling $350 plus disbursements plus GST
Multiple Tenancies such as a block of units
First unit  $325 plus disbursements plus GST
Each additional unit  $100 - $200 plus disbursements plus GST
(must all be in the name of the same ownership entity and included within one purchase price)

Apartments or blocks of town houses with common areas
Apartment $400 plus disbursements plus GST
Additional units $300 - $375 plus disbursements plus GST
(must all be in the name of the same ownership entity and same complex)
* If you own more than one in the same complex please call us on 0508 482 583 to confirm fee
FURNITURE PACKAGES (In addition to the dwelling)
Listed packages with purchase price  Generally $100 - $500 + GST

DISBURSMENTS
Smalls costs are charged for the following when required
Obtaining GV/Rating Valuation
Copies or faxing of reports
COMMERCIAL
