You have had an ownership interest in the property and you have sold it to another ownership entity that you have an interest in. For Expamle from your own name into an LAQC that you have shares in.

Valuit must use the most recent Registered Land and Building valuation prior to settlement date on the dwelling.
If you did not have a Registered Land and Building Valuation completed we are able to use the valuation from Quotable Value.
If you have these figures please supply them, alternatively Valuit is able to obtain the details for you.
